  What is the ICCKE Knowledge Training Alliance?

ICCKE Knowledge Training Alliance is a channel program created to establish and maintain quality standards in instructor-led training in preparation for ICCKE certifications.

  How does the KTA program work?
Training providers that demonstrate quality standards are eligible to become an ICCKE Knowledge Training Alliance (KTA) partner. On meeting these standards, KTA partners receive benefits, including customizable marketing collateral, logos, partner certificate, etc.
  Who can participate in the KTA program?

ICCKE welcomes the following types of training providers that offer instructor-led Training in preparation for ICCKE certifications:

1. Commercial Training Organizations
2. Academic Organizations

  What quality standards do training facilities need to meet?

Quality standards do training facilities need to meet.

  • Certified instructors: Trainers need to be certified in the program they teach.
  • Use ICCKE Referenceware: ICCKE has established that any KTA partners offering training in preparation for certification will use ICCKE referenceware supplied by ICCKE.
  • Fair, published customer service policy: Partners will need to establish and publish quality control and general customer-satisfaction policies.
  • Meet industry/Government standards of legal compliance: The training facilities also need to be compliant with anti-piracy laws, meet structured course evaluation processes and agree to site inspections by ICCKE.
  How long is the KTA partnership valid?
The KTA partnership is valid for a 12-month period from the date of approval, and can be renewed for marginal cost.
  What are the benefits of participating in the KTA program?

Benefits of participating in the KTA program

  • KTA and ICCKE certification logos: KTA logo emphasizes partner credibility as a quality training organization meeting certification and education industry and ICCKE specific standards. It can be used in advertising, on business cards, Web sites etc. KTA partners also get to use the individual ICCKE certification program logos.
  • Customizable marketing collateral: KTA Partners have access to free marketing templates, brochures, posters and certification research information.
  • KTA recognition and partner certification: All KTA partners get a unique partner certificate that can be proudly displayed in the training facility. Partners also receive access to special venues/events to maximize their networking and partnership opportunities.

  Do KTA partners receive a discount on testing vouchers?
Yes
  What is "instructor-led" training?
Instructor-led training is training where the student has interaction with the instructor. This interaction may be an instructor-led training class that facilitates questions and answers.
  What is the KTA Rebate program and how does it work?
KTA rebate program is intended to reward training providers that assist their students in getting ICCKE certified. After a training class, for each student that goes on to take an ICCKE certification exam, the training provider will get a dollar amount credit.
  How can my training center participate in the KTA Rebate program?
All KTA partners are automatically enrolled in the rebate program. To participate, training centers need to provide their students ICCKE IDs at the beginning of a training class.
